"Know Your Numbers"
MVHI kicked off this years event again as the main sponsor of the Health & Fitness Expo with Health and Wellness Screenings. This was a unique opportunity for adults (18 years and older) to obtain a Free Health and Wellness Assessment for heart, diabetes and lung disease.
The screening included:
- Blood Pressure
- Total Cholesterol
- HDL & LDL Cholesterol
- Triglycerides
- Pulmonary Function Screening
This year MVHI helped more than 530 community members "Know Their Numbers"
